Dealing with Unemployment
The problem I want to work on as an entrepreneur in future is Unemployment.
Why do I care about this problem?
I’ve seen many people in my circle who are unemployed whether they are fresh graduates or middle aged. Their families are suffering due to this issue and it also leads to many other problems including:
- Mental as well as physical health issues
- They go in wrong way to earn money
- Increase in crime rate
What are some of the ways to address this problem?
I believe that this is happening because of lack of guidance and motivation. This issue can be addressed by:
- Providing a platform that gathers employers and unemployed people in one place
- Providing sessions to improve their skills and mental growth
- Career counseling sessions regarding how to deal with an interview or job hunting process and motivate them to earn a living.
How will working on this problem could help sustain life ?
This startup could help in earning by setting some percentage of fees from both parties(employer and employee) in case of a hiring and also by earning through ads and promotions on this platform.
How will working on this problem help the people and the society?
Families could live happily if someone in their home is earning and they can fulfill their basic needs. It will decrease the crime rate due to unemployment. It will also reduce mental pressure or other such issues due to financial crises.
